What is your favorite book?
That one book you recommend to all your friends... what's the best book you've ever read? I have quite a few... off hand, A Time to Kill by John Grisham and Good in Bed by Jennifer Weiner.

Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers - It is LIVE changing!!! And a fiction novel...which I wouldn't think about it changing a life, but seriously it CHANGED my life.
As for self-help or non-fiction...probably Purpose Driven Life . Again...life changing.

I am a firm believer that everyone needs to read it once. I read it several times a year.

OK, I am stuck in high school because that is where I read my all time favorite books. #1-To Kill a Mockingbird #2-Alas Babylon and #3 The Hound of the Baskervilles (the only Sherlock Holmes book I like).

A Woman of independent Means, Bergdorf Blondes, and Summer Sisters are what immediately come to mind.
For non-fiction Why Men Love B****es (but seriously, its genius)

I always have a hard time thinking of one book that is my favorite, but the book I've gone back and read over and over is actually The Giver by Lois Lowry. I first read it in the 7th grade, and I don't even know how many times I've read it since then.

I LOVED Good in Bed! Here are my favorites...
Tess of the D'Urbervilles - Thomas Hardy
She's Come Undone - Wally Lamb
Where is Joe Merchant - Jimmy Buffett
the Little House series
my ancient copy of An Anthology of Robert Frost's Poems
But for some reason, I don't recommend these to my friends. I think I have wierd taste when it comes to books.
