12 Days of Christmas: need under $5 gifts for DH

My pastor's wife shared this idea with me and I thought it was really sweet. Since we focus so much attention on our children at Christmas time we should do something sweet for our DH's, too. It's called 12 Days of Christmas and starting on Dec. 13 you leave a slip of paper that says *On the first day of Christmas, my true love sent to me a partridge in a pear tree* (and etc. for each day). The 12th slip of paper will end on Christmas Eve. So anyways, with each slip of paper leave a small gift and maybe even write a sweet short message to your DH. I'm going to leave this out every morning for my DH to find by his coffee pot. Then my pastor's wife said the next year she gave her DH an envelope containing the 12 slips of paper for her DH to do for HER! Sounds great to me!

Anyways, I need help with ideas for gifts under $5. Can you help? So far I have...
-a small framed picture of me and Kaleigh from Nicole's session for DH's desk
-a $5 Starbucks gift card
-a Reese's PB cup
-a coffee mug
Any other ideas? Thanks!

ETA: I've added a document I made with the 12 slips of paper. You need to cut the paper every 3 inches for the slips (so that the slips are 8-1/2" wide by 3" tall). Hope this helps! I just made my set to give to DH to do for me this year!

This is a great one for you to do , Shannon!!

I did this for our anniversary. I made a booklet of different coupons for him to use throughout the year. He has enjoyed them a lot. Free nights out with his friends, sexual ones (strip tease from me, naked massage, etc.):blush, one that says he can buy anything he wants (under a certain amount of course) without discussing it with me, free massage from me, etc, free poker night at home with friends with out me or Brady here.....and some others I made up.

Great idea!!

You could always also look in the Target $1 area to see if they have any men things right now. I know they occationally have little tool stuff and things men could use.

I think I'll do this too. How about a few scratch-off lottery tickets?

I went out and bought some stuff for dh last night

I got him a package of Rollos, a farmer's almanac, a new thermos for his coffee, socks, cinnamon altoids, a guide to Texas fishing, a cheap VHS Movie, a package of pens, and some cheap Cigars, and I'm going to do two coupons---one for a chicken fried steak dinner, and then one for a night off---Shannon thanks for the great idea--dh will love it!

I think I might actually give him to him on the actual twelve days of Christmas, though.

Shouldn't the twelve days of Christmas start ON Christmas?
(Traditionally, the twelve days are between Christmas and the Epiphany).
