Where do you find brewer's yeast?

And does anyone else feel like alcohol decreases their supply?

alcohol is known to decrease your supply.

also, you can get brewer's yeast at any store that sells healthy stuff (whole foods, sprouts, CM, newflower, better grocers and health-food stores). It's pretty easily available. If you can't find it, ask someone for help...they may have the stuff organized differently than you'd expect.

I found the brewer's yeast at Sprouts by the protein drinks. I haven't noticed a difference with alcohol, but I only have one glass of wine a week, so that's not enough data for a reliable study .

I got The brewers yeast powder at Whole Foods. The WF near me doesn't carry the capsules, but the powder works for me. I haven't noticed a decrease with alcohol, but I limit myself to 1-2 glasses at a time and drink lots of water. (I drank 3 beers once and pumped and that milk was greenish/clear and smelled. I dumped it.)
