I don't know for sure but might try www.starfall.com and see if they have something for assessments

This doesn't help for preschool but I found this (http://www.familyeducation.com/article/1,1120,21-8732,00.html?mc=576460753376048176) link. I know my library carries What Your Child Should Know for each grade level too, but I'm not sure about preschool.
