Another bento question

Do you find a difference between the metal cookie cutter shapes and the plastic ones? I wondered if the plastic would cut through meats, cucumbers, etc as easily or if I should stick with metal? Thanks for any helpful tips!

I have better luck with metal, personally.

I seems like metal are usually "deeper", but I've bought individual plastic ones that are sturdy and deep. The jumbo plastic sets just don't seem as good for ALL purposes, but then you do get the variety....
