Weight Loss Group Check In: Week of 2/14

I thought I'd start a thread for this week. Did the V-day candy and chocolates do you in? :)

My Valentine's gift was non-edible, so that was a good thing. Being sick the other day messed up my normal eating. I ate only dry toast for a day and a half. That was miserable. I'm back to normal eating now, so my energy is returning and I can now resume walking and using my exercise dvds.

How is everyone else doing? My weigh in days are on WED, so maybe I'll repost if I get any exciting results.

I have not weighed in this week. I will probably do it tomorrow morning. I requested no chocolate or edibles for V Day.
So far so good this week. I worked a 14 hour shift yesterday and I was so busy that I did not even have time to go to the bathroom much less eat.
I am doing well with water only...I am actually craving lots of water as I feel so dehydrated when I don't drink it.

I actually went off of my diet for the weekend while I was out of town, but picked back up when I got home. Even doing that, I am down 10 lbs so far! I'm going to start walking since Todd is home during the day - it will give me some time to myself (which I could really use). I did get chocolate for Vday, but so far, it isn't bothering me much. :thumb

I am down another lb that is a total of 12lbs.

I am down another pound too, so that's 7 total for me! Yippee!

I'm going to a WW meeting next monday, with no plans of ever returning, lol. I will be gung ho once I have all the stuff ;)

Okay, it was weigh in day for me. I am down another 1.5 pounds.

What do they do at the meetings? Are they one time things usually? --- This is just me being curious. Hope you don't mind :)
