Job WALKS!!!!

After 1 mean Dr. and 4 months of wondering if it would ever actually happen, Job is now walking EVERYWHERE!!! Go Joby!!!!

He is so cute chasing everyone around. He is a very good lttle walker, but at 16 mos he should be! It seems he was just waiting until he had an exceptional grasp of the concept before applying it. How very like his father he is ;)

yeah, at his last well child, they tried to tell me that something must be wrong with him if he is 16 months and not walking. I tried explaining that he is #3 and that he has no need to walk, but they are not the best and the brightest pediatricians that I have ever seen. We are currently looking for a new ped. One who accepts the fact that cow milk is for cows and that my child does not need the super vaccine to be a "healthy child". We fought for an hour about why I wouldn't let them give my 12 month old 8 shots one day. We delayed with Job and they didn't like it. So.... they're fired! LOL

Do you guys drink soy or rice milk? Got a favorite? Chris is cool with me cooking with soy milk, and he LOVES chocolate soy milk, but he's more an organic milk drinker than soy at this point. Although he's willing to experiment. I've tried a few different brands, but my man is picky!

We have been using soy for Job and he really likes it. I think it is because it is flavored ;) He has reflux and just doesn't handle milk well at all, but he does well with soy. I haven't tried rice milk yet. I need to though, I bet he'd like it.

Way to go Job! You know Ethan was a late walker too! He just started walking full time in the middle of July. Just one day he decided it was much faster!

We do soy milk too. Ethans tummy hurts really bad if he has cow's milk. Our doc was cool with it, he told us to give him vitamins everyday, so we do the liquid vitamin Polyvisol.
