I was wondering if anyone could recomend a good pediatrician? The doctor Taryn is currently going to is the one that accepts medicade. Taryn just got on insurance, (Aetna,) through my DH's work, so I'd like to find a nice new doctor to take her to. Right now she's going to the Plano Presby Medical Group, which is okay, but I'm not really keen on the whole medicade thing. It's kind of a pain in the butt. If anyone has any good doctors in or around Plano, please let me know! Thanks in advance!

I love our Dr. The girls always feel comfortable around him. He has a real nice staff too. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a nurse to call me back. His office just moved to Frisco which is a little far for me since I live in E. Richardson. I like him so much that I'm still debating if I want to change to a practice closer to home.

We go to Dr. Scott Katz in Plano. He is soooo great!!! And very popular too. He's young, patient and very attentive. His office is the building connected to Medical Center of Plano. His # is 972 596 2131. Good luck!

Ethan was with Dr. Benjamin Quiroz when we lived in Plano. He saved Ethan's life, there is no doubt in my mind. He goes with his gut instinct, and has a wonderful bedside manner, which is awesome if your child ever needs to be hospitalized! He is located across the street from Medical Center of Plano.
FYI, Medicaid will pay the co-pay and deductibles from your insurance. You could use Aetna as your Primary, and Medicaid as your secondary (to cover the additional expenses). Medicaid will do it, but your doctor also has to accept a secondary form of insurance.

I go to Dr Moisher in Plano. I really like him alot. He has been our ped. since Michael was born. He is easy to get a hold of during the day or weekends when you have a sick child. They are off 15th and Coit. They also have offices in Frisco and Dallas. I have never had any problems with them. His nnumber is 972-985-0381 Good luck
