Hello from Allen

I was so happy to discover this web site. I have been looking for a way to meet other mom's in the area and be able to chat about issues. I also look forward to group events so we can all meet. Alexis (will be one June 28th) is my first baby and we hope to have another one some time next year. I work full time and can't wait everyday to get home to see my daughter. I am jealous of all you SAHM's. See all of you on-line. :)

Hi Rachel, my name is Rachel too. I am Mama to little Ellie who just turned one last week and we live in McKinney. I understand you running home each day, I had to return to work for 3 months with Ellie and I ran out the door each day. We do have MNO once a month and sometimes weekend playdates. We are so glad to have you!

Thanks Rachel. How will I know when the MNO's are and playdates? We are almost neighbors, McKinney and Allen.

Isabella stays at an in-home daycare in Parker (which is right next to Allen - I can actually see the Allen city limit sign from the front porch!) Hi Rachel! I am Danielle. My husband is Jim. I am lucky enough so far to be a SAHM to my daughter Rebecca who will be one this month. I also have 2 step-daughters, Caroline and Elizabeth, who will be 12 this month.
I was going to have to be wohm as well but they decided to let me work from home. I did that for a few months before they laid me off.
