How many times a week do you shave?

Just wondering how hairy everyone is:lol

Hahahaha, I'm embarrassed to answer this! Usually like 1 or 2 times (I put 2)....especially in the winter! Now in the summer, it's a LITTLE more frequent. :lol

How funny! Actually before I started waxing my legs ($30 at a local salon) I would have to shave every stinking day. Now that I wax, I only have to do that once a month....and I LOVE IT! Totally worth the money.

The other thing I noticed is that now that I wax, my legs aren't as dry and itchy! I used to step right out of the shower and my legs would be so irritated that I had to bathe in lotion afterwards....not sometimes I don't even have to use lotion.....oh the miracle of waxing :upthumb :upthumb

Luckily the hair on my legs are blonde and fine and downey soft. Probably once every couple of weeks in the winter, and probably once a week in the warmer months.

I only shave up to the top of my knees too.

Yea I usually shave once a week. More so now that it's warmer!!

I usually shave my legs 1-2 times a week.
Under my arms almost every day.

I hate trying to do the acrobatics to shave in our little shower stall. I only get to take a nice relaxing bath and shave when DH is home to keep the kids out of the tub! :lol

In winter I shave maybe 1-2 times per week but during the shorts season I've got to shave daily if that tells you how hairy my legs get in the winter. :)

Okay, so I do shave my armpits daily. Dh thinks armpit hair is repulsive...go figure! Like Cathy, my leg hair is so blonde I can get away with shaving every couple of weeks. We do NFP, so I shave before Phase 3 :lol

Oh, yeah, I shave armpit hair every day....it's just habit and so easy, so why not?

Well, let me add that my dh is a wanna-be hippy - but let's just say not that often, but then I NEVER wear anything that anyone would *know*! lol Though if I am wearing something that someone would know, I would be shaved. lol Awwwwwwe, well who cares. :D

:bag Do you know how hard it is to shave with this gigantic belly? :lol Let's just say it's not my first priority. The good thing is, pregnancy makes my hair grow really really slow. So, I can shave, and a week later still be pretty smooth.

This is similiar to me. I shave my pits every other day and my legs once a week. I also have blonde leg hair so it doesn't show too much. :)

I have to shave every day because I am so hairy plus it is dark too. I am a hairy little monster.

2 times a week, would like to say more but can't. During the winter, I usually shave when my legs start feeling prickly :blush(arm pits every day) but in the summer I tend to shave much more often. :upthumb

Every day for me. My legs get very prickly and I can't stand it. Plus the hair is dark. I usually just run the razor on my legs in the shower every morning, no lotion or anything. Just with water. it does the trick just fine.

Everyday for me. I cannot stand working out with stubble, it itches me so badly.

during the summer i shave everything daily. during the winter i do pits daily and legs ehhh.. i'd say once a week, although it is sometimes more like once every 8-9 days.

Every day for me. I can't stand the prickly feeling when I don't. And now I've been shaving every day for so long that if I don't do it, then I don't feel clean. I know.... I'm weird. I think Christina is onto something with the waxing. That's what I should be doing!

I'm telling you Shannon! If you can find a place that is inexpensive and good, its totally worth it! It's about 30 minutes out of your day, but it last for a good month! The sucky part is just letting it grow back out to get re-waxed. But the hair grows back so much more fine, you hardly notice. No more prickly, yucky feeling. I sound like a commercial now, don't I? :rolleyes

This reminds me of when I was a pre-teen, sitting on my mom's lap in the summertime, wearing a sleeveless shirt and my little brother saying "Mom! Cyndie has hair in her armpits!" That night my mom showed me how to shave them!

This is a pet peeve of mine...lol. I do it every darn day. I can't stand the feeling of stubble. When I had my surgery and couldnt shower for 48 hours, I was dying!!!! LOL!!

:yeah I absolutely can't STAND stubble. It drives me bonkers! After I had Rylie I had major bleeding so they made me stay in bed that first night. The next morning the nurse nearly keeled over when she caught me in the shower shaving :blush

I shave every night because I don't like to feel the stubbles.

heh..being only 5 ft tall and with blonde/fine hair...it doesn't take me long..so I do it as part of my daily shower routine :)

You blondes are so lucky. I am Italian and well.....you know how hairy we are!! haha! (ick...i just grossed myself out...i hate talking about hairy-ness....ewww...just got the willies)

:yeah With my glow-in-the-dark white legs and dark hair I have to shave everyday...it's bad enough that I can see the hair follicles under the skin even after I've shaved but to have stubble as well - no thank you.

Everyday. My legs probably don't need it so much everyday but just do it anyway. Even the smallest amount of stubble makes me very self conscious.

Do you go to a hair salon, or a nail salon? I tried it at a nail salon once and it was awful. All these little hairs were left and 3 women started picking at my legs with tweezers! Also, how long do you have to let it grow out before getting waxed?

You know, as soon as my preggo belly got too big, I just quit shaving. I told dh if he wanted be all smooth, he'd have to shave me b/c I could no longer see past by gigantic belly. I guess it finally got too bad, because one night he hopped in the shower with me and sat down and shaved my legs for me.
