Progesterone Results

Doc's office called today with the results from the blood draw last Thursday. Levels were way low at .6 and that means I hadn't yet ovulated like the u/s showed.

I guess we'll have to wait till next month or who knows! I'm going back in Thursday to have more blood drawn to see what the levels are now and see if I have ovulated since last week. See what happens!

Jeez, I was so sure that you had Oed already.

I guess both of our cycles are playing games with us right now.

What is really disappointing is that we BD'd Thurs & Friday, but I've been out of town since Saturday! So if I O'd over the weekend...that's just too bad! I'm horribly disappointed. Here's my chart if you want to take a peek. Tell me what you think!

Are you seeing an RE? I've O'd before and had really low progesterone. I've had to use supplements on and off over the years for this. Did they mention just going ahead and putting you on it for next cycle?

Wow your temps drop! My lowest ones are never below 97.5 and my highs are usually around 98.6. Its such a small range that it's difficult to keep up with and see a trend if I'm not charting it every day.

Oh Stacey, I'm so sorry. I know you had high hopes for this one. Hang in there. So did the dr. say you definitely WEREN'T pregnant? I don't know how these tests work....and if it would show if you were or not. And as far as I know, you don't have to BD ON the exact day you ovulate....right?

I think they just checked my progesterone levels. They will check them again Thursday. We'll see.

You are correct that you don't have to BD on the exact day, but chances are probably better if you O a bit more than 2 days before!

I am still seeing my regular OB. So far I'm not ready to see an RE. I trust my doc and he's said that after our 6th cycle, we'll start taking measures or I'll see an RE. But at this point it's only C4 and I think he just wants to see what is going on! I believe I'm O'ing. We've tested it on other cycles and I have O'd. It's just not easy to pinpoint because my cycles are not even similar each month! I'll talk to him after we get the results from my next progesterone results.

As for my temps...this cycle has shown very low temps and I know it's due to the BBT thermometer. I won't be using it next month. I'll go back to regular thermomemeter especially after reading what Weschler had to say about it in her book.
