Cheesecake recipe?

That front page poll got me thinking! Anyone have a easy recipe for cheesecake?

2 pkg cream cheese ( I use the fully loaded stuff, no fat free for me, lol)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
mix and add
2 eggs.

pour over crust of
graham crackers
little bit of sugar
enough butter to moisten
(like my precise measurements, lol)

bake 350* for 40 minutes or until center is set.

I add chocolate chips to mine.
Mine will be coming out of the oven in about 8 minutes!!!

I've got one that's been passed down for a couple of generations.

1 package cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can cherry pie filling

Blend first four ingredients with a mixer or in a blender. Pour into pie crust and chill. Add cherries before serving.

So Cheryl, How was the cheesecake?
