Ok...SO I took an OPK. I waited like 3 or 4 hours to go to the bathroom and then took the test. I got a definite positive. I'm just a little confused because I never O this early in the month! Have you ever O'd earlier in a cycle than you usually do?

I have and late too.
How do you know that you ovulated earlier than usual? Do you always do a test this early in the month...how early was it?

i know when I ovulate by my temps. and the past 3 cycles I've ovulated around CD17-23. My cycle usually lasts 31 days. So that is how I know it's earlier than usual. and to me that is very early!

Just remember, for an OPK to be positive, the test line has to be as dark as the control line (if you are using the 2-line test strip type). I made this mistake the first month I used OPKs.

Yeah, they were exactly the same dark lines. We did the dead last night and Sunday, so I guess we got our time in!
I'm still going to go to the doc on Thursday. My temp didn't change this am. So I probably will O today? Who knows, but I'm going to see what my doc has to say!
