Alias

I absolutely LOVE this show!!!! I was not into it at all in the first 2 seasons. I recently rented Season 1 and have caught up on that, and now I got Season 2 for Christmas so that's what I'll be doing for the next 3 weeks while my hubby is out of town. But even though I'm a little in the dark about last season, this one is keeping me riveted! Did y'all watch last night? No spoilers ahead, I promise, for those who haven't watched yet, but I just love the fact that no matter how much I THINK I have something figured out and I know "whodunit", the plot twists and it turns out to be something else entirely!!! (or someONE else! hint hint) Is anyone else as attached to this show as I am?

I have been watching since it premiered and I absolutely love this show. But I'll warn you now when it comes to the Season Finale you'll go through withdrawls all summer. The season's usually get better and better toward the end. Season 2 is really good.

Btw, where do you think Sydney got her name. I told Jeff that I wanted a name that was energetic and cool headed and Sydney is what I got.

Have you seen dare devil yet?

Hubby & I are watchers, too. They definitely get hyper on the plot twists! :eek

We are total Alias junkies! We even watch the reruns and get all excited waiting for the new ones! Sunday was excellent!

I have to admit DH and I are totally addicted to Alias. We are not watching Season 3...we have to watch them in order and we are not always home on Sundays to watch, so we wait for the DVDs to come out and then we buy them.

We have watched all of Season 1 and I have watched the majority of Season 2...only a few episodes left to watch.

It is awesome! Sydney rocks!

I am so hooked on this show. It actually put me into labor twice!! I had to wait for the show to finish before telling Bill because I knew he would make me turn it off and jump in the car. What is an hour anyway in the course of a labor?

I tried to name Ashton Michael Vaughn but my BIL is Michael. If we had a girl I wanted Sydney but my cousin stole the name first. I still might get Vaughn for a middle name for the next baby.

I do not even answer the phone during the show on Sundays. The past two summers have been hard not knowing if Vaughn or Sydney were alright.

I know I am obsessive with this show but I am so hooked. It is the only show that I watch no matter what.

Now that everyone thinks I am crazy I will sign off.

Meredith, you are so not crazy! I am exactly the same way about it now...I TiVo it though, so that I can wait until Jackson is in bed asleep to watch it and that way I don't miss a single second! And I am so with you on naming a kid Vaughn, although I think my husband would rather die. heehee Vaughn is so hot, I'd watch the show just for him. Wait a minute, I do! Although, I do miss Will.

Cara, I love having the DVDs to watch...it's so nice not to have to wait a week (or sometimes 3 or 4, or ARGH during the summer, 3 months!) to find out what happens. I am almost through with Season 2. I FINALLY got to the episode where Sydney and Vaughn kiss....it took 'em long enough!!! Hello??? I was getting SO tired of all the meaningful looks and loaded silences...just do it already! lol

Now I am watching Season 3 as the shows come on, though...I just couldn't wait until next Christmas to watch what's happening. I am SO glad I'm not the only one addicted to this show, and I'm glad that it's so popular so it won't be cancelled any time soon. I always start watching shows right before they go off the air...but I think Alias is set to run at least through 2006, so I've got a while. Whew!

Meredith, you are sooooo not crazy. Well, you might be, but then I'd be right there with you :D I love this show! In CA, we had a group of people that would come over every Sunday night and watch it with us. I miss those times!

We like it here too. I'm just getting into the show, but hubby has been watching it since it premiered. He totally has a thing for Jennifer Gardner!! Sometimes I'll catch him staring dreamingly at the tv while Alias is on. :D I figured if it's going to be on every week then I might as well get into the show too, lol.
