Jenna, bbq sauce request again! :)

I know you told it to me at the playdate, but I can't quite remember the quantities. Do you mind telling it to me again? The meatballs were really good! :thumb

1 bag frozen Meatballs
2c Ketchup
1c brown sugar
1c minced onion (less if you like, we like)
2-3 tbs. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Mix and pour over meatballs and cook at 350* for about 40-45 minutes.

Did you say something earlier about not having onion in it today? They were SO AWESOME & I am not usually a fan of BBQ or meatballs, but I could have eaten them ALL!!! :)

Mmm... sounds good. Now, how do you make the meatballs? I've never made them before and need a good recipe.

I buy just the frozen ones at Walmart but i do have a recipe but will have to find it.

Wuh?? It's only a key ingredient to most barbeques! :) I think they usually have it by the bbq sauces. It adds a nice smokey flavor to your meat or sauce.

I figured that much ;) just never heard it as an ingredient to buy, where would you find in the store?

ok so who has made the meatballs since the pj playdate? How did they turn out?

ME ME ME! Well, Jeremy anyway! ;) Only we were REALLY lazy and just bought the BBQ sauce & the bag o' meatballs - but they were still REALLY YUMMY!!! We had them for lunch on Christmas day! :) Cassidy liked them this time... because he heated some up with no sauce & then let her dip them! ;) THANK YOU!

I did the other day and they were YUMMY!!!!
