after bopping around on sites and reading parents reviews on epinions.com and the baby bargains site, i finally went and bought audrey the leap frog learning table.
i think it's swell! she seems to like it too!
makes me wonder if there's other really great items out there for 6 months and up that i should know about?
what do you find YOUR darlings love, and what seems to you to be good at stimulation and high in quality?

I don't know how much Zoë likes it yet, but Baird and I spent at least a couple hours before she was born singing along to each side!

Ian likes the Little People playsets and Lauren STILL plays with those so six more months try one of those.

They love shape sorters (they do that daily). Little tikes briefcase is neat...makes noise, has lights, easy to carry.

Mine still love their lovies (little blankies w/ heads on them)

Board books w/ flaps they can look under

The Tangiball from discovery toys is a great first ball

Colorwonder markers and paper

Little tikes piano, drum, maracas.....they like making their own noise.

Pretend cell phones w/ noisy buttons

I like the Brainy Baby DVD's

The Sassy pour cups/ stack cups......those are played with daily

Around two yrs old they like play food/ plastic tea sets etc...

There's a toy called the Gramophone by Tolo......Ian and Lauren loved it around six months of age.
