Can't get picture to show up

I've tried to upload pictures to my posts but it isn't working, I'm getting an error at the end.
Any suggestions?

What does the error say?

There has been an error in the upload. Please ensure that the file has been correctly selected and that the upload has taken place successfully.

Try using photobucket - it's www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com). I never have a problem using that. Make sure the size is 160x160 pixels and it should work fine!

Oh, are you meaning the avatars? The smaller picture that is on every post?

If you'll walk me through the steps you took, I'm sure we can figure out the problem.

Nope, the pics like the one of your adorable girls in the yellow dresses, it's not a photo but is a jpg file.
